31. Statutes and Regulations.
(1)The first Statutes of the University shall be made by the Vice-Chancellor with the approval of the Chancellor. They shall be placed before the General Council at its first meeting, which may adopt t hem with or without modifications. Subsequent amendments or modifications in the Statutes shall be made by the Executive Council with the approval of the General Council.(2)The First Regulations of the University shall be made by the Vice-Chancellor with the approval of the Chancellor. It shall be placed before the Executive Council at its first meeting, which may adopt with or without modifications. Subsequent amendments or modifications in the regulations shall be made by the Executive Council and it shall be reported to the General Council.
