Section 6(ii) in The Cyber Regulations Appellate Tribunal (Salary, Allowances And Other Terms And Conditions Of Service Of Presiding Officer) Rules, 2003
(ii)In all other cases, the Presiding Officer shall be governed by the provision of the Provident Fund (India) Rules, 1962.
