1. The Draft Pro-Tem Consent Terms that have been arrived at by the parties for Diwali-2025 are as under:
I. Access to the father at the following dates with timing:
(a) 20th October 2025 to 21st October 2025: 11.00am to 9.00pm.
(b) 24th October 2025 to 25th October 2025: 11.00am to 9.00pm.
(c) 31st October 2025 to 1st November 2025: 11.00 am to 9.00 pm. II. Plaintiff will drop at 11.00am at Simla house gate.
Defendant will drop at 9.00pm at Godrej Baug gate. III. Parties will co-operate, in the event, the Defendant wishes to drop children early due to other commitments.
2. Pro tem ad-hoc arrangement for regular access from 2 nd November 2025 till the next date of hearing is as under:
(i) Tuesdays and Saturdays 5.30pm to 7.30pm (without camera).
3. Parties agree that Defendant-father shall avail access to the children in residence or outside within jurisdiction of Mumbai City.
4. It is agreed that Defendant shall pay the Plaintiff an amount of Rs.30,000/- per month on or before 5 th of Calendar month for 2/3 ::: Uploaded on - 18/10/2025 ::: Downloaded on - 24/10/2025 22:57:49 ::: 914-osial-19095-2024+.doc October and November 2025. The Defendant has already paid Rs.20,000/- for October, 2025 and shall pay the balance of Rs.10,000/- on or before 20th October 2025.
5. The above pro-tem terms are without prejudice to the rights and contentions of the parties.
6. List the matter on 11th November 2025.
