Section 2(1)(h) in Tariff Advisory Committee (Election Of Members, Meetings, Functions And Miscellaneous Regulations, 2004

(h)"Member" means a member of the Committee elected in the manner provided in these regulations, and so includes the Chairman and Vice-Chairman and every person co-opted to fill in casual vacancy pursuant to Regulation 4 of these regulations;
