Section 6(b) in Punjab School Education Board (Payment of Gratuity) Regulations, 1989
(b)In case an employee with 5 years qualifying service or more dies while in service, he or his nominee or his family members shall be entitled to a minimum gratuity of 12 times the pay of the employee at the time of his death but in no case it shall exceed [Rs. 1,00,000/-.] [Amended vide Board's item No. 7 dated 28.12.89.]
