Section 3 in Andhra Pradesh Value Added Tax Appellate Tribunal Regulations, 2005

3. Headquarters.

(1)The Tribunal shall sit at Hyderabad & Visakhapatnam.
(2)Place of hearing. - All appeals shall ordinarily be heard at Hyderabad & Visakhapatnam.Provided that the Chairman may decide that any appeal may be heard at any other place in the respective jurisdictions.
