22. Protection of action taken in good faith.
- No suit, prosecution or any other legal proceeding shall lie against the Government, Commission, Chairperson, Members and Officers including employees of the Commission for anything done or purported to have been clone in good faith in pursuance of the provisions of this Act or rules or regulations made thereunder.
