59. Casual vacancies in the Marketing Board.
- When the seat of a member elected to the Marketing Board becomes vacant or is declared vacant or his election (including bye-election) to the Marketing Board is set aside, the Registrar shall fix a date, for holding bye-election to fill the seat and the provisions of these rules shall thereupon mutatis mutandis apply accordingly.
