Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issue of Writ of Declaration to declare that the modern differential global positioning system and electronic total system based land survey methods to be legally valid and consequently to direct the respondents to permit usage of differential global positioning system and electronic total system equipments for land surveys and determination of boundaries under the various statutory provisions.
