Section 6(1) in Rajasthan Land Revenue (Allotment of Land for setting up Agro-Processing and Agri-Business Enterprises) Rules, 2011
(1)After receiving the recommendation from the Committee, allotment of land for setting up of agro-processing and agri-business enterprises may be made by the State Government.
