Section 4(2) in Tariff Advisory Committee (Election Of Members, Meetings, Functions And Miscellaneous Regulations, 2004
(2)An elected member of the Committee who fails to attend three consecutive meetings of the Committee, without sufficient cause and without leave of absence, shall ipso facto cease to be a member of the Committee.
