respondent under the "NSP" (Normal State Plan) & "RKVY" (Rastriyakrishi Vikas
Yojana) Scheme and further direct the Garnishee/2nd respondent to deposit the same
to the credit of the suit pending disposal of C.S.No.206 of 2020.

Garnishee/second respondent from making the payment of Rs.1.77 lakhs to the 1st
respondent under the "RYTHU RATHAM" Scheme and further direct the

COMMON ORDER
The order dated 07.09.2020 passed in A.Nos.1903 and 1904 of 2020 made absolute and the second respondent /Garnishee are directed to deposit a sum of Rs.5.85 lakhs to the credit of the C.S.No.206 of 2020 and Rs.177 lakhs to the credit of C.S.No.216 of 2020.
2.On such deposit, the Registry is directed to deposit the respective amounts in any of the interest bearing deposits in any nationalized bank.
3.With the above directions, the applications are closed.
