Section 26(c) in Sikkim Nationalised Transport Prevention of Ticketless Travel and Miscellaneous Provisions Act, 1981
(c)wilfully or without excuse interferes with any amenity provided by the Sikkim Transport so as to affect the comfortable travel of any passenger, he may be removed from such transport vehicle or Bus Stop by any employee and shall, in addition to the forfeiture of any fare which he may have paid and of any ticket which he may have purchased, be punished with fine which may extend to two hundred and fifty rupees.
