Section 1 in The Goa Agricultural Produce Marketing (Development and Regulation) Rules, 2010
1. Short title and commencement.
(1)These rules may be called the Goa Agricultural Produce Marketing (Development and Regulation) Rules, 2010.(2)They shall come into force on such date as the Government may, by notification in the Official Gazette, [appoint.] [Rules came into force w.e.f. 9-9-2010 published in Official Gazette Sr. I. No. 24 dated 9-9-2010.]
