Section 330A(2) in THE CONSTITUTION (ONE HUNDRED AND SIXTH AMENDMENT) ACT, 2023
2As nearly as may be, one-third of the total number of seats reserved under clause (2) of article 330 shall be reserved for women belonging to the Scheduled Castes or the Scheduled Tribes.
