Section 21 in The Shillong Electric Supply Undertaking (Acquisition) Act, 1977
21. Repeal and Savings.
(1)The Shillong Electric Supply Undertaking (Acquisition) Ordinance, 1977 is hereby repealed.(2)Notwithstanding such repeal, any action taken or purported to have been taken or anything done or purported to have been done including taking over possession of the property of the undertaking under the Ordinance so repealed shall be deemed to have been taken or done under the corresponding provisions of this Act by or on behalf of the Government or the Board.
