(u)"Sponsoring Body" means the Institute of Engineering and Management Trust, Kolkata, a Public Charitable Trust registered under the Indian Trusts Act, 1882 (Central Act No. 2 of 1882) at Registration No. IV-66/1997, Book No. IV, Volume No. 2, Pages 87-92 dated 10.07.1997 in the office of Additional District Sub-Registrar, Bidhannagar, Salt Lake, Calcutta;
