Section 11(1) in The Himachal Pradesh Village Common Lands Vesting and Utilisation Scheme, 1975
(1)If an allottee makes any default in the payment of the amount due from him or infringes any of the conditions of allotment, he shall render himself liable for cancellation of the allotment.Provided that no cancellation of allotment will be made unless the allottee is given an opportunity of being heard.
