Section 14(1) in The Gujarat Water Users' Participatory Irrigation Management Act, 2007
(1)As soon as an agreement is entered into by the Association with the State Government under section 13, there shall be carried out inspection of the minor canal, which is to be managed by the Association under the agreement, jointly by the Competent Authority and the designated person.
