Section 12(3) in The Maharashtra Dowry Prohibition Rules, 2003
(3)There shall be a Chairperson for each Advisory Board who shall be elected by the members of such Board, and the Dowry Prohibition Officer having jurisdiction over that area, shall act as the Convenor of the Advisory Board.
