The present application under Section 482 Cr.P.C. has been filed by the applicant- Ram Manorath Pathak, Lallu, Choote, Ram Nath, Ravi Kant and Sunita with the prayer to quash the entire proceedings of Case No. 707/2007 (Radhey Shyam Vs. Ram Manorath), under Section 380 I.P.C., registered at Police Station Karma, District Sonbhadra pending in the court of Second Additional Civil Judge (Junior Division) Robertsganj, District Sonbhadra with a further prayer to stay the further proceedings in the said case.
The application is dismissed for want of prosecution.
Interim order, if any, stands vacated.
