Section 13(1) in Bihar Persons with Disabilities Equal Opportunities, Protection of Rights and Full Participation Rules, 2004
(1)The names of members, who attend the meeting, and the proceeding of the meeting shall be entered into the proceeding-book maintained for that purpose by the Member-Secretary.
