Section 25(5) in Jawaharlal Nehru Architecture and Fine Arts University Act, 2008
(5)(a)Every statute passed by the Council shall be submitted to the Chancellor, who may give or withhold his assent thereto or remit it to the Council for reconsideration;(b)no statute passed by the Council shall have validity unless it is assented to by the Chancellor.
