(1)The Council shall, with the previous approval of the State Government, normally appoint a Registrar, The Registrar shall receive such salary and allowances as may be prescribed. The Council may grant him leave and may appoint a person to act in his place. Any person duly appointed to act as Registrar shall be deemed to be the Registrar for all purposes of this Act.
