Section 4(4) in Uttarakhand Special Area (Planned Development and Promotion of Tourism) Act, 2013
(4)The Special Area Authority may associate with itself, in such manner and for such purpose as may be determined by regulations, any person whose assistance or advice it may desire in complying with any of the provisions of this Act.
