Section 7(1) in The Gujarat Agricultural Pests and Diseases Act, 1980
(1)The costs of any preventive or remedial measures carried out or any other action taken under the proviso to sub-section (1) of section 3 or section 6 shall be recoverable from the occupier as an arrear of land revenue.
