Section 2(f) in Haryana State Agricultural Marketing Board and Market Committees Investment and Disposal of Surplus Fund Rules, 1981
(f)'Surplus fund' means any fund remaining surplus after meeting with all expenditure incurred by the Board or the Committee under or for the purposes of the Act; and
