Section 8(1) in The Gujarat Water Users' Participatory Irrigation Management Act, 2007
(1)The Association shall meet at such time and place and shall, subject to sub-section (2), observe such rules of procedure with regard to the transaction of business at its meeting as may be prescribed by regulations.
