1. Counsel for the defendant no.1 submits that he does not wish to file reply to the application under Order XXXIX Rule 1 and 2 of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908 (CPC) and the written statement may be taken as a reply to the same. He further submits that he does not wish to file any rejoinder to I.A.17007/2021.
2. List for hearing on 31st January, 2023. CS(OS) 398/2020
