2. Learned counsel for the applicant is not present today as well.
3. Counsel for the respondents submits that the department has complied with the order of the Tribunal dated 04.03.2016, and has disbursed an amount of Rs. 5,00,000/- to the applicant.
4. In support of this contention, the counsel for the respondents has filed Annexure R-2 along with an affidavit dated 10.09.2025. 2
