Section 185(2) in The Mizoram Autonomous District Council (Constitution and Conduct of Business of the District Councils) Rules, 1974
(2)when in respect of an election in a constituency more petitions than one are presented, the Government shall refer all those petitions to the same Commissioner who may at his, discretion inquire into the petitions either separately or in one or more group, as he thinks fit.
