13. Payment of fees and travelling expenses to members.-
There shall be paid to the members of the Council such fees for attendance at meetings of the Council [or of special committee][or of the executive committee], and such reasonable travelling expenses [for such attendance and for journeys undertaken in the discharge of their duties under this Act], as may from time to time be allowed by the Council and approved by the [State Government].
