Section 10(1) in The Jammu and Kashmir Legal Services Authorities Rules, 1998
(1)The officers and other employees of the State Authority shall be entitled to draw pay and allowances in the scales of pay admissible to the Jammu and Kashmir Government employees holding equivalent posts and shall also be entitled to same status, privileges and facilities.
