5. Duty of Conductor or employee of Sikkim Transport to issue tickets etc.
(1)At any place where the Sikkim Transport has booking counter for issue of passenger ticket or carriage receipt, it shall be the duty of an employee of the Sikkim Transport to issue such passenger ticket or carriage receipt.(2)At places where there is no booking counter referred to in subsection (1), it shall be the duty of the driver or conductor to issue passenger ticket or the carriage receipt as the case may be.
