1. This matter had to be listed on 11.02.2021. Somehow, the Registry for whatever reasons did not list the matter before court yesterday i.e. 11.02.2021.
2. On account of an office note, the matter has been placed before me today.
3. A perusal of the order dated 04.12.2020 would show that the writ petition and all pending applications were disposed of on that date and the matter is placed before the court only for filing compliance affidavit in terms of the said order.
4. The compliance affidavit dated 06.02.2021 has been filed by the Assistant Provident Fund Commissioner. The same is formally taken on record.
