46. (i) All matters pertaining to promotions, conduct and pension of all q officers belonging to the junior time scale of the Indian Administrative Service.
(ii)All matters pertaining to appointment postings, transfers, promotions, conduct, grant of leave, pension etc. in respect of Gazetted Officers and non-gazetted Government Servants under the Administrative Control of the Departments ( See also entry No. 32 under RD )
