Section 2(20) in The Mizoram Autonomous District Council (Constitution and Conduct of Business of the District Councils) Rules, 1974
(20)"Session" means the whole period from the time the District Council duly assemble to the time when it is prorogued.Note. - Any expression not defined in these Rules, but occurring therein shall be deemed to have the same meaning in which they are used in the Constitution and/or the Central General Clauses Act, 1897.
