Section 4(1) in Rajasthan Land Revenue (Allotment of Land for setting up Agro-Processing and Agri-Business Enterprises) Rules, 2011
(1)The applicant shall select appropriate site of land available in the area where the agro-processing and agri-business enterprises is proposed to be set up.
