Section 22(2) in Gujarat University of Transplantation Sciences Act, 2015
(2)The Executive Council of the University shall consist of the following members, namely: -(i)the Vice-Chancellor, who shall be the Chairman,(ii)Secretary to the Government of Gujarat, Health and Family Welfare Department, ex-officio or his representative not below the rank of Deputy Secretary;(iii)Commissioner, Health, Medical Education and Research, Gujarat State, ex-officio or his representative not below the rank of Joint Director;(iv)Two members of the Board of Governors to be nominated by it; and(v)Two eminent persons in the field of transplantation sciences, to be nominated by the Board of Governors.
