Section 14(1) in The Goa Agricultural Produce Marketing (Development and Regulation) Rules, 2010
(1)As soon as the order under the above rule is issued, the Registrar shall, subject to the provisions of sub-rule (2), by an order, appoint,-(a)the date, time and place for making nominations, which date shall not be before 14 days after the date of the first order;(b)the date, time and place for scrutiny of nominations;(c)the last date for withdrawal of candidature;(d)the date or dates, the place or places and the time during which a poll shall, if necessary, be taken;(e)the day and the place and hour at which the votes shall be counted.
