Section 20 in Sikkim Nationalised Transport Prevention of Ticketless Travel and Miscellaneous Provisions Act, 1981
20. Entering transport vehicle in motion or otherwise improperly travelling.
- If any passenger enters or leaves, or attempts to enter or leave(a)any transport vehicle while it is in motion; or(b)at a place other than it place declared by the Government as a Bus Stand or Bus Stop; or(c)opens the door of any transport vehicle while it is in motion, he shall be punished with imprisonment for a term which may extend to one month, or with fine which may extend to fifty rupees or with both.
