	Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. seeking a direction to transfer the investigation in Crime No.516/2015 on the file of the 2nd respondent police to some the agency in order to secure the petitioner's missing son as expeditiously as possible within the time frame fixed by this Court.

O R D E R

The petitioner has come forward with this petition seeking for a direction to transfer the investigation in Crime No.516/2015 on the file of the 2nd respondent police to some the agency in order to secure the petitioner's missing son as expeditiously as possible within the time frame fixed by this Court.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor, on instructions, would submit that the petitioner's son, who was missing in connection with Crime No.516 of 2015 has been secured.

3. Recording the submission of the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
