                                 UPON hearing the counsel the Court made the following
                                                    O R D E R

Heard learned counsel for both the parties. Both parties are agreeable for mediation. The matter is referred to the Supreme Court Mediation Center, New Delhi. The Supreme Court Mediation Center may initiate mediation talks first through video conferencing individually, so that privacy and confidentiality concerns are taken care of. Thereafter, joint sessions may also be held and if there is a likelihood of settlement, the parties may be summoned to Delhi for appearance in person. In such an event the respondent (husband) shall pay a sum Signature Not Verified Digitally signed by ASHWANI KUMAR Date: 2020.06.16 of Rs.25,000/- to enable the petitioner (wife) to come and appear 14:39:17 IST Reason:

before the Supreme Court Mediation Center, New Delhi.
Both the parties shall be called by the Supreme Court Mediation Center, New Delhi through video conferencing on 20.07.2020 at 11.00 a.m. Learned counsel for the parties are directed to provide the telephone numbers and e-mail id etc. of their respective parties to the Supreme Court Mediation Center to facilitate the video conferencing. The Mediator shall make an endeavour to complete the process of mediation within eight weeks thereafter and file a report.
