% 18.05.2022 Today, learned counsel for the Respondents-Revenue has handed over six orders disposing of rectification applications filed by each of the three Petitioners for the Assessment Years 2017-18 and 2018-19.
Learned counsel for the Respondents-Revenue further states that refund due to the Petitioner No.3 for the Assessment Year 2017-18 shall be credited in the said Petitioner's account within two weeks. She further states that refunds due and payable to the Petitioner Nos. 1& 2 have been adjusted against outstanding demands by the Centralized Processing Centre ['CPC'], Bengaluru.
