                                                O R D E R 

FACTS:

The appellant sought point­wise  information in his RTI application dated 06.07.2014 and the  Respondent reply in a tabular format is as under:­ Sl.  Information sought by the appellant Information   provided   by   the  No. Respondent.

The appellant filed a first appeal on 22.09.2014 to the F.A.A. The FAA passed an order and stated  that the appellant has alleged that he was not provided information within the stipulated period. A  reply was given to appellant by Shri. B P Sharma, ACS, who is not CPIO, vide letter dated  21.08.2014.  

The FAA directed CPIO, BCAS, SCI Airport, Mumbai to provide information held with the  authority to the appellant directly under intimation to him.

Facts emerging during the hearing: 
The following were present: 
Appellant: Mr. Vaghela appellant's representative (M:9427608632)  through VC;  Respondent: Mr. S. K. Vyavahare, GM (Engg) AAI; Mr. Kashyap, DGM, Rajbhasha  (M:9869549400); Mr. Chinson, GM(Aerodrome) (M:8693846600); Mr. S. K. Malik, Jt.  GM(Security)(M:9930000303) and Mr. S. K. Jinde, DGM(Law)(M:8828268475) through VC;  Mr. Mathai. P., Dy. Director (M:9871708659)BCAS­New Delhi;
The appellant reiterated the contents of his RTI application dated 06/07/2014. The respondents  stated that the appellant had filed a number of applications on the same subject that are being  dealt   with   in   different   files.   The   attention   of   the   Commission   was   drawn   to   the   judgment  pronounced in case no. CIC/YA/A/2015/000195/BJ dated 01/06/2016 relating to the same subject  matter.

Based on the submissions made by both the parties and in view of the aforesaid judgment already  passed in the matter, no further action is required in the matter.  
The appeal stands disposed accordingly.
