Section 73(1) in The Goa Agricultural Produce Marketing (Development and Regulation) Rules, 2010
(1)All the weighments, measurement or counting, as the case may be, of agricultural produce, livestock or products of livestock purchased or sold in the market and those under storage, processing or export in the notified market area shall be conducted under the control of the Marketing Board through licensed/registered weighment who shall render the accounts of the same to the Marketing Board, as may be specified.
