2. Amendment of Schedule I, Article 1.
Assam: NagalandFor Article 1 the following Article was substituted, viz;| Number | Proper fee | ||
| "1. | Plaint, written statement pleading a set-off or counter-claimor memorandum of appeal (not otherwise provided for in this Act)or, of cross-objection presented to any Civil or Revenue Courtexcept those mentioned in Section 3 | When the amount or value of the subject-matter in disputedoes not exceed one hundred rupees, for every five rupees, orpart thereof, of such amount or value, | Fifty naye paise. |

| When such amount or value exceeds one hundred rupees, forevery ten rupees or part thereof in excess of one hundredrupees, up to one hundred and fifty rupees, | One rupee and seventy-five naye paise. | ||
