ORDER

(Order of this Court was made by S.MANIKUMAR, J.) Writ Petition has been filed praying for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, forbearing the 3rd respondent from proceeding in any manner pursuant to the warrant issued in Crl.M.P.No.301 of 2006, on the file of the Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, Egmore, Chennai.

2. On this day, when the matter came up for further hearing, Mr.S.Nambi Arooran, learned counsel for the petitioner, submitted that the matter has become infructuous and seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the writ petition. He has also made an endorsement to that effect.

3. Placing on record the above, the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn. No Costs. Consequently, the connected Writ Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
