Section 6(g) in The Kandla Port Trust (Licensing of Stevedores) Regulation, 2010
(g)If any gear, plant or other property of the Board is damaged in the course of any such operation, the Stevedore shall compensate the Board for such loss or damage, the extent of such compensation being decided by the Chairman or the officer authorized by him after carrying out a proper enquiry.
