Heard counsel for the petitioner, Mr.R.D. Rastogi, ASG on behalf of Union of India as well as AIIMS Jodhpur.
Counsel for the petitioner drew our attention to the fact that out of 17 children identified suffering from Lysosomal Storage Disorder (Gaucher) in the State of Rajasthan, in the list provided as Exhibit to the present IA, the patients at Sr.Nos.11 to 17 are continuing treatment. Medicines and/or injections for such patients are provided by Pharmaceutical Companies. Counsel further submits that in so far as children at Sr.Nos.1 to 10 are concerned, these children are being treated at Jodhpur.
Since vide order dated 30-01-2020, the State Government had been directed to provide necessary treatment for (Downloaded on 29/05/2020 at 09:08:42 PM) (2 of 2) [CW-17098/2019] petitioner's son, we extend the said order dated 30-01-2020 to cover all children at Sr.Nos.1 to 10 mentioned in the exhibit annexed to the present IA, for the present till affidavits are filed by the State, Union of India and AIIMS Jodhpur.
List the matter on 15-07-2020.
